FTA – Generall conditions ( Updated 01/2010)  

The FTA gives players in small groups of 2, 3 or 4 players a professional tennis training.
The FTA has the right to cancel a training course up to 3 weeks before beginning for
important reasons. All performed pre-payments will be immediately refunded to the
the participant. There are no possibilities to demand other requirements (like e.g.
telephone costs, flight cancellations or transfer postings etc..) to the FTA.

In case of cancellations on the part of the participant the following cancellation costs result:
Cancellations until 3 months before beginning of the training: no cancellation costs
Cancellations until 2 months before beginning of the training: 50 % of the pre-payments
Cancellations until 1 months before beginning of the training: 80 % of the pre-payments
Cancellations until 1 day before beginning of the training: 100 % of the pre-payments

Cancellations because of disease/injury during the Academy:
If a participant hurts itself heavily or if training must terminate in the FTA prematurely by
illness, the following rule enters into force:
By showing a medical certificate the participant receives 60 % of prepaid fees for the
training from the FTA back -
In individual cases and with substitution of the player up to 100 %.
Also the FTA is to be issued to give credit notes.

 

 

 

 

Terms of payment - Apartment:

The payment of the apartment rent always takes place for 1 month in advance.
The rent for a apartment amounts 450.00 Euro. The allocation is possible with 2 - 4 players.
The costs of electricity, water and garbage are included.

A caution of 450,00 Euro becomes due before introduction in the apartment.
This caution will be refunded after finishing the rent - only in case that everything is
o.k. in the apartment.

Exclusion of training :

In case of extreme offences against the following FTA - rules the FTA has the right to
exclude the participant from the training of the FTA.
In this special case the participant has no requirement on fees which are already paid.

1. Abuse of alcohol or any kind of drugs
2. Theft
3. Repeated ignoring from the given bedtime
