
Substantial components of both programs - Full time and half time - are the development of the technical, tactical, physical and the mental talents. Specially we will take care for an individual out and further education of training for every player. In order to guarantee this individual support, the max. number of participants in the FTA is limited by 16 players. To create a perfect individual program at the beginning of the training, we check out very intensively every player. To garantee a perfect training for each player we accomplish a detailed "ACTUAL STATE ANALYSIS" from each player. Besides we will discuss with each player their goals, special desires in the range of the training, strengths and the weaknesses. Also we like to do a ELECTROCARDIOGRAM (Mrs. Dr. Sattel) + professional, computer-aided analysis of the body attitude (spinal column, shoulder, hips, knies) and also a check of possible muscle disbalances through a specialist. (Costs: 110,- Euro). In the context of the training a tennis-specific force training is offered o 3 x per week, which is co-ordinated just as individually for each player. Additionally we will have 2 - 3 theory stands per month: In the FTA the position from each stands as a player and as human in the center . A central point of our training philosophy - apart from a very hard training - is the regular discussion between players and coaches as well as the development of creativity and the self confidence. "Army" methods do not find a place in the FTA - The principles of a hard training has to be understood first from the player and then we will converted the training. Only if we go together the hard way (coach and player) and there is a understanding from the principles of training, then there is a possibility to do an effective and most intensive training over a long term.
